  • and the surrounding areas

Consultations take place only at the designated on-call practice. The vets do not make house calls, and payment is requested in cash.

What to do in an emergency?

In an emergency, follow these steps:

  1. Always call your usual veterinary practice first.
  2. Listen carefully to the answerphone message.
  3. Note the number given for the duty vet and contact them directly.

This procedure ensures that you are quickly directed to the vet available for your area.

If your vet does not answer, you can dial the emergency number directly: 0900 075 011 (CHF 2.–/min)

  • Have your animal’s health record ready, if available.
  • In the event of poisoning, identify the product or substance swallowed.

This information will help the vet assess the situation quickly.
